Our take
I got this refurbished XV270 X1 for under ninety bucks, and for the price, it's hard to complain. The 180Hz (or 200Hz) refresh rate is smooth, and the IPS panel gives good colors. However, the 250-nit brightness is a bit low if your room is sunny, and the contrast is typical IPS: mediocre blacks. It's a solid budget gaming monitor for fast-paced shooters, but don't expect HDR to blow you away. The refurbished condition was fine for me, but YMMV.
